1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Cadizio (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you do not have permission to access the Service.

2. Intellectual Property & Asset Licensing

All CAD blocks, 3D models, textures, and families hosted on Cadizio remain the intellectual property of their respective creators. Downloading an asset grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the asset within your personal or commercial design projects.

Prohibited Actions: You may not repackage, re-sell, or distribute the raw asset files obtained from Cadizio on any competing marketplace or file-sharing network under any circumstances.

3. Premium Subscriptions

Access to assets marked as "PRO" or "Premium" requires an active subscription. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time, which will revoke your future download access to PRO files at the end of the current billing cycle.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of our assets (CAD blocks, 3D models, Revit families, and related files), all sales are final. No refunds will be issued once a download has been initiated. By completing a purchase or starting a subscription, you acknowledge that you are acquiring access to digital goods that cannot be "returned" in the traditional sense.

If you experience a technical issue preventing you from accessing a legitimately purchased asset (e.g., a corrupted file or a server error), please contact our support team within 7 days of purchase. We will either resolve the issue or provide a replacement file at our discretion.

5. Accuracy of Files & "As-Is" Delivery

All assets provided through Cadizio are delivered "As-Is" without any express or implied warranty regarding their accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. While our curation team reviews all submissions for general quality, Cadizio does not guarantee the dimensional accuracy, structural integrity, or engineering compliance of any file.

Important Disclaimer: The CAD blocks, families, and models available on this platform are intended as design references and visual aids only. Cadizio is not liable for any errors in structural calculations, engineering decisions, building code violations, or construction defects that may arise from the use of any asset downloaded from our platform. It is the sole responsibility of the licensed architect, engineer, or design professional to verify all measurements, load-bearing specifications, and regulatory compliance before incorporating any asset into a real-world project.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" without warranties of any kind. While we rigorously vet our assets, we do not warrant that the files will be completely error-free or perfectly compatible with all future versions of the respective CAD softwares.

7. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Cadizio, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States of America, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in the United States.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. Continued use of the Service after those revisions become effective constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
