Licensing Information

Understand exactly how you can use our assets in your real-world projects.

Standard License (Free Tier)

Assets listed as "Free" fall under our Standard License. You are free to use these assets in your personal and commercial architectural, engineering, and design projects (e.g., floor plans, 3D renderings, structural layouts).

Limitations: You cannot redistribute, resell, or include these exact source files in another online marketplace, template, or open-source repository.

Premium License (PRO Subscriptions)

Assets labeled as "PRO" require an active Cadizio subscription at the time of download. The Premium License grants you perpetual usage rights for any asset downloaded while your subscription was active.

🔑 What "Perpetual" Means for PRO Users:

  • After cancellation, you retain the right to continue using any assets you downloaded during your active subscription in current and future projects — indefinitely, with no expiration.
  • However, once your subscription ends, you cannot download new PRO assets. Access to the PRO download library requires an active subscription.
  • In short: What you downloaded is yours to use forever. New downloads require re-subscribing.

Enterprise Scale: If you are working in a studio with more than 5 users requiring access to the raw files over a shared local network, you must contact our Enterprise Sales team for a team license.

Attribution

While attribution is deeply appreciated (e.g., "3D Models provided by Cadizio"), it is never required for any of our licenses.

Prohibited Uses (All Licenses)

  • Redistributing or reselling raw source files (DWG, RFA, SKP, etc.) on any platform.
  • Using assets in AI/ML training datasets without explicit written consent.
  • Claiming authorship or ownership of the original asset files.
  • Sharing your PRO account credentials with non-licensed users.
